Model 9000/9000L

MODEL 9000. Microprocessor controls maintain temperature and humidity in approximate ranges of 35-70 Deg. C and 40-95%RH, respectively. An extra large water jacket minimizes condensation inside the chamber and supports optimum uniformity conditions.


A low-pressure water vapor generator, injecting saturated water vapor into the recirculating airduct, controls chamber humidification. This process is preferable to steam generation because steam introduces additional heat to the chamber atmosphere which then compromises temperature control.

Uniform temperature and humidity are maintained by circulating chamber atmosphere through a recirculating air duct system. The air ducts also serve as shelf supports and can be easily removed for cleaning.

MODEL 9000-L. The Model 9000-L Humidity Test Cabinet has all the same quality design features seen in our Model 9000. However, the Model 9000-L also incorporates a refrigeration system which dramatically increases the operational range of the cabinet.


Model 9005/9005L and 9010/9010L

The Model 9005 and 9010 Humidity Test Cabinets are designed to perform a wide range of industrial and biotechnical specification testing. Each model is particularly well suited for continuous duty projects involving long-term, high temperature and relative humidity testing.


A positive horizontal air flow system ensure stable, top to bottom, temperature and relative humidity uniformity. Digitally set proportional temperature and humidity controllers allow precise settings of temperature and humidity, with direct read digital LED displays. A low-pressure water vapor generator, injecting saturated water vapor into the air flow system, controls chamber humidification. There is also a prewired access panel for easy chart recorder mounting.
